3- PERSONAL ACCOUNTABILITY 
CULTURE IS WHEN WE DRAW A LINE BETWEEN WHAT IS ACCEPTED, AND WHAT IS NOT ACCEPTED. A high performance culture must be defined, and everyone in it must accept the responsibility to live within that Defined culture. a culture of accountability benefits everyone.
ACCOUNTABILITY IS recognizing and celebrating successes while remembering that failures are opportunities to learn. failure is the tuition we pay FOR SUCCESS.
Wrong is wrong, even if everyone else is doing it. Right is right, even if no one else is doing it.
THE VALUE OF HIGH IMPACT LEADERSHIP
